Dr. Zhui Chen is the Founder and CEO of OTR Therapeutics. Prior to founding OTR, he co-founded Abbisko Therapeutics, where he served as Board Director and Co-Chief Scientific Officer, leading R&D, business development, and strategic initiatives that guided the company from inception to successful public listing. Earlier in his career, Dr. Chen held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson’s Shanghai Innovation Center, where he led oncology discovery and translational research. He also worked at Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research and Abbott Laboratories, driving discovery and translational efforts across oncology and other therapeutic areas. Dr. Chen holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University, completed postdoctoral training at UT Southwestern, and earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin following undergraduate studies at Peking University.
